The street and courtyard facades have been conceived from a series of modular bays with significant flexibility across the plan depending on the orientation and configuration of the various unit typologies within.

Fine aluminium windows, with a subtle tonal colouring, infill a framed structure alternating between wet-dashed rendered elements forming horizontals and slurry-rendered concrete engineered brickwork reading vertically, over pre-cast concrete overhang and planter-boxes forming a robust plinth to the streetscape.

PPC steel finned balustrades infill certain private amenity spaces, while the deck access balustrades to the courtyard elevations alternate between solid wet-dashed walls and steelfins. The main entrance and circulation spaces are defined by vertical stabilised timber fins allowing suitable ventilation to proposed centralised air source heat pump locations.
